Firoz Khan, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AVA Bullion Trading, brings extensive institutional experience across commodities trading, structured finance, and precious metals operations. With a career spanning major trading houses, financial institutions, and commodity-focused enterprises in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, Firoz has built deep expertise in navigating complex international gold and silver supply chains.
Prior to founding AVA Bullion Trading, Firoz held senior positions in commodity trading and institutional finance, establishing a track record of building trusted relationships with refineries, strategic mine owners, sovereign entities, and high-net-worth private offices.
Under Firoz's leadership, AVA Bullion Trading operates with a clear mandate: uncompromising standards, unwavering compliance, and a commitment to creating long-term value for every partner in the precious metals supply chain.

From past more than a decade, Mubashar Hussain has worked with different gold trading and mining companies. His tenure spans from operations officer to his current position as Managing Director. Mubashar has extensive experience developing gold trading companies from scratch, which includes defining SOPs for compliance and trading, team management, communications, and cash flow management.
Samir Kharsa
General Manager at Emirates Minting
Samir has over 35 years of experience in the gold and precious metals industry. He started his journey in the 1980s as a jeweller general manager in Saudi Arabia. He then moved to Dubai in 1992 and became the General Manager at Emirates Gold L.L.C for the next 20 years. He founded Emirates Minting Factory L.L.C in 2012 and allowed his expertise to lead the way to his success. His proficiency mainly lies in gold refining, minting, and jewellery manufacturing.
